Each item is carefully made by hand, which means every piece is unique — just like you! Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are completely normal and add to the charm of your handmade item.

All products are quality checked before leaving our studio, but as with any handmade creation, minor differences from product photos may occur.

• Items containing natural wood may show wear or discolouration with use over time.
• Once your item is in use, any damage caused by wear, drops, or mishandling is not covered by warranty.
• Return postage for any further issues is at the buyer’s expense.

Our products are designed for adults and older students, not for small children or babies.
Please keep all lanyards, pins, magnets, and small parts out of reach of children under 3 years old.

Our lanyards are designed with a safety breakaway clasp for peace of mind — however, they should always be used under adult supervision. Children should never be left unattended while wearing lanyards, and we recommend regularly inspecting your items for signs of wear or damage to ensure continued safe use.

Acrylic is strong and stylish — but it’s not indestructible!
To keep your acrylic items looking fresh and fabulous:

• Avoid dropping or bending your pieces (cracks or snapping may occur).
• Keep them away from perfumes, sprays, or harsh chemicals.
• To clean, gently wipe with a microfibre cloth — avoid alcohol-based cleaners.
• Store in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight.
